Project Management/Coach Workshops are designed with the everyday person in mind all the way through to the project manager, project team and the principals of the project. The coaching is designed to guide, counsel, advise through the many processes within the management of the project.  The project management/coaching workshop will properly scope out the project as well as manage changes in overall goals and deliverable's so that the project stays on track.  Project Management/Coaching Workshops generally work better when the project is in the early stages but can be effective at any stage effectively to achieve the desired deliverable of the project.
